Counterparty settlement account details
Counterparty responses now include externalBankAccount — the payee's own bank account Accrue uses to settle funds out.
Top-level accountNumber, routingNumber, and accountType are still returned with the same values, but they are deprecated. Read externalBankAccount going forward. Create and update requests are unchanged: you still send the payee's settlement details as top-level accountNumber, routingNumber, and accountType.
